How Does Our Installation Process Work?1. After reaching out to our friendly team, a booking will be made for an onsite visit, to get measurements. 2. A booking for installation will be organised and confirmed once the deposit has been received. 3. A member of our installation team will come out to the property to commence the install of the flooring.

How does Our Maintenance Process Work?1. If you have big pieces of furniture that will need to be moved, please inform our team at booking. 2. Maintenance services will be commenced, our normal start times can be as early as 7:30am. 3. After completing our maintenance services, drying times can take up to two to three days.

Do You Offer Free Measure & Quotes?Yes, we do offer free measures and quotes, A member of our sales and estimating team can organise a time with you to measure the relevant areas.

How Soon Can You Install My Floor?Usually, we are booked out two to three weeks in advanced, these time frames may differ. If your job needs are urgent, feel free to get in contact with us to discuss your situation. we will do our best to cater to all situations.

Do You Move The Furniture?Yes, We do offer furniture moving service, If you are having your furniture moved by us, please ensure that you have notified us of any large items that you may want us to leave in place or should not be moving.

What Times Do You Start Installing?Our Installing and finishing team may be onsite to start working by 8.00 AM. They will need access to the site. You may leave a key out if you will not be there when the team are expected to arrive. You can also request for our team to notify you when they are on the way.

Can I Request Some Samples?For a more accurate indication, samples can be viewed onsite to get a better feel for how the colours of flooring will look in your home. ​

How Long Until I Can Walk On The Floor?Usually we advise to refrain walking on freshly installed floors for the first couple of days. Do not put furniture on the floors for the first 72 hours after install. Refrain from laying down rugs or mats for the first seven days prior to install or any maintenance services. Be aware, the drying times vary for different types of flooring.

How Long Are Drying Times For Maintenance Services?Our maintenance services include reoiling, sanding and finishing of the flooring, drying times can depend on factors such as weather or humidity, timber condition, and timber absorption. Usually, drying times can take from one to two days. For indicative purposes 60-80m2 can be washed/buffed and oiled in one day, any areas that exceed 100m2 will need 3 days overall to be completed.

Do Timber Floors Change Over Time?Yes, mostly due to ageing, timber floors will fade over time due to sunlight and wear and tear. It is a good idea to use blinds to redirect the sunlight, and rugs to cover overly sunny areas.

How Do I Maintain My Flooring?Place mats at doorways to collect any dust and dirt from shoes, do not use wax or any harsh chemicals. Wipe up any liquid spills immediately.
